How do I join? LinkFluence is invite-only. Creators and brands apply with an invite code, and applications are reviewed before an account is activated. Creators must be 18 or over.
How does verification work? We review identity, audience and content quality against our published creator verification standards. Brands are checked before they can publish briefs or send offers.
How do contracts work? Once a brand and a creator agree on deliverables, timeline and fee, the platform generates a contract from those agreed terms. Both parties sign electronically, and the signed version is stored in the account. Contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
How do payments work? The brand funds the collaboration up front and the money is held securely by our payment provider. Each deliverable is released to the creator once the brand approves it, or automatically after the review window closes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What does it cost? Creators pay no platform fee. Brands pay a single platform fee on top of the agreed creator fee, shown before any payment is made.
Can I disconnect a social account? Yes. Connected Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts can be disconnected at any time in account settings, and the data received through that connection is removed.
How do I delete my data? Email privacy@link-fluence.com from the address linked to your account. See our Data Deletion page for the full process.
